1 Member Eligibility

To register and use the richdaddy platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• Not be located in a country or region where online gambling activities are prohibited by law.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a valid and enforceable agreement.
• Not be currently under a self-exclusion period or a ban imposed by richdaddy.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of another party.

2 Account Registration

The richdaddy account registration process is designed to ensure the security of all members. Each new registration requires the following information:

• An active mobile number registered in your name.
• A valid and active email address.
• A strong password contains a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

Once registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Your account will be fully activated after the KYC (Know Your Customer) has been successfully completed. The KYC process requires you to upload a clear copy of your identification card or passport along with a selfie holding the document.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. richdaddy will not be liable for any losses arising from the disclosure of login information to third parties due to the member's own negligence. 3 Deposit & Withdrawal

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50, and the daily maximum depends on your VIP level.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in under 3 minutes for members who have completed KYC.
• Withdrawals will be credited to the same bank account or e-wallet used for your deposit.
• VIP members enjoy higher daily and monthly withdrawal limits along with priority processing.

4 Bonus & Promotions

Richdaddy offers a variety of attractive bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) that are clearly stated in each promotional offer.

• Bonuses received cannot be withdrawn directly until the wagering requirements are fully met.

7 Account Suspension & Termination

• Registering or operating multiple accounts.
• Fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Using third-party software, bots, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Disruptive, threatening, or abusive behaviour towards the support team or other members.
• Violating any terms set out in this document.

In cases of account termination due to fraud or serious violations, richdaddy reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance and reject any withdrawal requests until the investigation is concluded. Members may submit an appeal within 14 days of receiving the suspension notification through our customer support team.

Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may contact richdaddy customer support at any time. Any remaining balance after verification will be processed for withdrawal within 5 business days.
